FOOD SAFETY - An increasingly vital part of the work of EHPs is food safety and hygiene in all the places where food is prepared, handled, stored and served, whether this is in a roadside café or a five star hotel. Whilst working to protect and improve the health of the public, EHPs can work with the police, investigating people supplying unfit meat. They also have a role to play in advising people on how to enjoy a healthier life style and improve their health. | |
